Rot around rear wheelwells, but fixable, some rot around the rust inhibitor hole plugs in the door jams. Other than that, I really didn't check it out much more. Motor is there in 1 piece. I didn't ask about it but just a guess, I would say for about 150.00 the place would be glad to see it go.
