I went through 4 (in 2 weeks) untill I finally broke down and bought a new one from Advance for $120.00. It's cool though because the yard gave me my lift coils for my jeep for my trouble. Saved me about $120.00 Needless to say I am a happy man. Except for thatr darn knock sensor getting wet and giving me a CEL. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jcniest5 Posted September 22, 2004 Share Posted September 22, 2004 Each time I wet my engine, usually from spray washing the engine, my CEL comes on but it would go away after the engine is dry, usually a hour or two of driving. Is this CEL a tribute to my old knock sensor (the gray connector one as indicated elsewhere)? Not only was that a wierd site but also in Canada there aren't any brats... there are like 4... so it was definatly an odd look situation... hehe... looks good though...
