Dr. RX
Well, here I sit at work while some of you are at home enjoying a holiday. For our Canadian friends it is Thanksgiving Day (I wonder if they server turkey for dinner), for the Italians is Columbus day (lucky federal workers), and for the Native Americans it's 'Oh S*%t, there goes the neighborhood day'. moosens
Some items to toss out: Mario Andretti was the Grand Marshall of today's parade in NYC.Many Italian cars, including the introduction(to the east coast) of the latest Lambo, many Italian bikes(mmmmmmmm,my favorite!!!),and more.Couldn't get out of work to sneak down, bummer. I have a bitchin shirt.I think I told you all about it a while back.My wife got it for me without me knowing and surprised me with it this past bithday. It's 3 native Americans in dress and above it says "Homeland Security".Below it says "Fighting terrorism since 1492".....I love that shirt. Why isn't is a holiday for the Spanish too?Or what I mean is why isn't it special to them too?Heck,if it wasn't for them old Christopher C would have never made it over, and the islands and South, and Central America would still be folks who look like Sitting Bull. Connecticut has the largest Italian American polulation-NOT NY or NJ. The world is round. Basta.Ciao!
