mcbrat
it was advertised as a 135 amp, but it's actually a 150 amp with external VR included http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7925790778

samo
When you get this bad boy on there, please please please take pictures of the process, including any bracketing you make. I've been looking for a high-output alternator solution. Thanks!
mcbrat
it came with a bracket too, but I have another StreetWires alt (135) and it has a piece that bolts on to make it a saddle mount. fit's right onto the old soobie
samo
You're kidding me! I wonder if the same bracket would work on an EA82. You might have just pointed me in exactly the right direction, thanks!
Turbone
What about the elec hookup? Are you going to have to change it or yours?
mcbrat
I got a complete wiring diagram with this one. the 135 amp one comes with an Internal VR, so it's pretty much plug and play, but this 150 should be no problem. I'll just make a little harnes that will plug into the stock stuff where possible. there's a big warning on it that regular VR's will fry if you try to use them
