EA82T mods, lets get the list going for the USRM...

Okay, something that I can contribute to!!!:grin:

 

Here it goes:

 

1988 Subaru GL-10 Wagon; EA82T/ Fulltime 4WD w/MT+Diff lock

 

Full 3" fenderwell intake

Stainless Steel Mesh Air Filter

SRP Adjustable Boost Controller

Starion Intercooler(in TMIC configuration)

Aftermarket Bypass Valve

WRX Factory Hood Scoop

Upgraded Intercooler piping(2" inlet/ 2-1/4" outlet w/thermal insulation wrapped)

Accel Super Coil

SPFI Distributor(if this even counts.....)

NGK Iridium plugs

Stillen Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator

Powersteering Oil Cooler

Rhinopac HD Clutch

Custom Bellmouth Downpipe

2-1/4" Custom Exhaust Piping(from bellmouth part of DP back)

That's pretty much it for right now. I have plans to upgrade the turbocharger and maybe upgrade to MegaSquirt for fuel management, but that probably won't be happening until I return from Okinawa.

The rest of everything for the engine is bone stock.

I'm the idiot and I didn't add. :rolleyes: I was thinking like I was still an outsider in awe drooling over everyone elses EA82Ts. :lol:

2.5" Maremont Catalytic Coverter

Custom 2.5" Meineke Exhaust

2.5" Flowmaster Muffler

 

Hopefully an Ebay Manual Boost controller by tonight/tomorrow. :-p

yeah well mine doesn't run yet:D But here's a list of mods happening to the car right now...

 

WRX TMIC

WRX TD04 turbo

TWE uppipe

stock WRX downpipe with less then 500 miles on it

full catless 3" exhaust with ricer muffler (after I get a different dp)

Delta 260 cams (gotta get Will some parts;))

gen 3 heads

spider intake

XT6 throttle body

AEM 3" CAI (modified of course)

GReddy Profec B-Spec II EBC

swappin in the manual RX tranny (I had the stupid 4EAT but now I got the manual)

lightened XT6 flywheel

new oil pump

new waterpump

timing belts and tensioners

full reseal with OEM headgaskets

 

and then there's the category of "when money allows it"...

3.90 front diff (there's a shop in Denver that can do it for me)

3.90 LSD

Crucial Racing divorced wastegate downpipe

MS&EDIS

adjustable cam sprockets

convert to head studs instead of headbolts

full port-n-polish

reworkin the heads (will be using the gen 3 heads mentioned above)

port matching intake and exhaust ports on heads

 

In my first category, I have about 3/4 of the parts, just need to get the 5-lug conversion done so I can pack up some parts and ship them to Will and then spend a couple more paychecks and get the rest of what I'll be needing. I've got the EBC ready with my name on it, just gotta send the guy 200 bucks for it:eek: I'll be doing a bunch of write-ups in the near future on installing these parts and whatnot so just keep your eyes open when I let everyone know:D
