bajavwnsoobnut Posted November 2, 2004 Share Posted November 2, 2004 it'll work you can also find alternate mounting points for it like the A pillar or even the top of the dash and it should have 3 spade connections in the back that are 4,6,and 8 cylinder and just place the wire onto the 4cyl spade that is going by memory here cause it has been like 6 years since I had a VDO tach and sure wish I pulled it when I sold my bug cause it was like 2 inches dia Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
