Zaba Posted November 8, 2004 Share Posted November 8, 2004 My Tranny changes gears at random, Driving along and it will down shift or go back and forth down/up shift at random...worse when tranny is cold. It just started doing that about a 2 weeks ago...it doesn't slip, just downshifts/upshifts at random ... it has an updated tranny ... done by Dealer about 6 years back .... when did it start doing this? Some disconnect it to firm up the shifts but apparently that also allows it to hunt or skip gears when downshifting among other things.
