ausubaru92
Hey fellow Sube owners I have recently seen ads on tv advertising the HiClone fuel saver (Aust) also known as the tornado, and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with these tricky little devices. Do they work??? Are they worth the AU$160??? Can you make a homemade one??? :-\

northguy
Scam. You might as well mount a pinwheel onthe hood for all the good it will do.

subiemech85
you might as well spend the $160 on pinwheels gulible about as effective as flushing money down the toilet, whatever way it swirls I'm going to mount pinwheels
Scoobywagon
Those things are just snake oil. Utter crap. And just so you know, yes, they do show impressive HP gains on the television. But many times, the way they do it is they will do a dyno pull with the car in fourth gear. Then they install their little device and do the pull again in third gear. Of COURSE you're gonna get a higher HP number!!!

It'll create the illusion of going faster.
