I can listen to almost any music, depending on moods and if the station has commercials

my favorites for working on soobs- (no particular order)

country (new and old)

techno (and all variations of it)

"old skool rap"/funk/disco

80s and 90s "new wave"

smooth jazz

pop

classical on occation (movie soundtracks preferred)

heavy metal and such...

  • 6 years later...

I must admit that nothing can keep me calm during a frustrating job like some colt ford in the back ground. if its a late night and feeling kinda tired then some van halen or some enraged metal does the trick

Instrumental TRANCE/Techno.

Edit:

A good sign that some things have not changed.

We are one with the music...

DJ Splash comes to mind

BLUEGRASS

...anything with banjo.

Earl Scruggs.

The Stringdusters.

Ralph Stanley.

If its twanging, I'm playing it, depending on my mood.

Country, Bluegrass, Trance, Techno, and some Rock, but mostly the first 4.
