SubaruAl
I've got a 2005 WRX wagon. Can I use chains? If so, do I only need them on the front tires or do I need them all four? Any type of chains that I should be looking for?
carfreak85
My dad has a set of regular chains for the front of his WRX sedan. I don't think we've ever had to use them though. He doesn't like his one season tires on snow though!

mattocs
I was thinking of getting some chains just for when I go to get my xmas tree. The tree farm has lots of paths and trails, and I want to go when there is lots of snow I would never need snow tires in Western PA...we rarly have more than a few inchs of snow, and the roads are usuly not to bad. Just take some extra time and all is well.
NWScooby
I have a set of snow tires on steel wheels that I put on in the winter. We don't get much snow usually, but black ice is pretty common. The tree farm we usually go to gets pretty muddy and I love taking my OBW down into the worse areas. Luckily only pickups and SUVs go in those areas, so there tends to be more trees to choose from. Snow and mud can be so much fun!
