clutch for modified EA82T

front wheel drive has a small splined tranny. and the 2x clutch wont fit on your 4x tranny.

the xt6 and 4x ea82 series trannies have the same spline, and the same diameter clutch disc. so ea82 and er27 fitment is the same.

also the 2x is 7 7/8 instead of 8 7/8 diameter disc

If the EA82 4wd and XT6 have same splines and disc diameter, are they switchable? XT6 pressure plate with EA82 disc? XT6 clutch and p.p. with EA82 flywheel?

XT6 Complete Clutch Kit (Disc, PP, RB)

XT6 Flywheel <---This is KEY since the stepping depth is different from a regular EA82 Flywheel

Other than that its bolt on ...

... Yeah I'm glad to help since I had no help when I did my swap and I was just told it bolts right up, I bought a XT6 Clutch Kit to find out it wouldn't work, then had to spend another $160 on an EA82 Clutch Kit and ended up with 2 clutches!! ...
