I asked him what the subaru's looked like and he said "some wagon and brat looking thing" Might be Eric's hatch and Kens Brat. I heard from John, Mudrat, today who was supposed to meet up with them from what i heard (last plans i heard about) but John is still in oregon. Ken and Eric most likely will not contact me. I most likely wont see any of them on this trip. Not sure, guess we wait until they return to get the story. There is a huge cleanup run scheduled for this weekend. The pirates of the Rubicon are planning a weekend event, if Ken and Eric made it there last night and camped out there... you will hear it on the pirate board very soon. soobme Posted August 18, 2003 Share Posted August 18, 2003 I saw them all in Medford today arownd 6:00PM @ Schucks Auto. They had to get a belt for Johns hatch. I gave them Adams #, but he was @ a wedding today. Kens Brat looks good! Lumpycam said that he was "the only one that would make it through the trail.":burnout: They seemed to be in good spirets, and wer planing on hiting the trail in the morning I think. Posted August 18, 2003 Share Posted August 18, 2003 Yeah, I get home from the wedding and a couple of my buddies called and were all yelling "like you wouldn't believe what we saw on the freeway today!!" I told them I could believe it, and they were like "NO, you don't understand dood, there were all these lifted Subaru's going down the freeway!!" So I knew they made it through here. Posted August 20, 2003 Share Posted August 20, 2003 They weren't expecting to get to the end of the trail till like Thurs or Friday, so we prolly won't hear anything from em till at least Friday. There ain't a whole lot of cell service out there. We'll see soon enough. I know how everyone feels though, I'm seriously antsy to see how well they did.
