FatBurger
GeneralDisorder and I went with a bunch of friends for some paintball on Saturday, and he brought his newly aquired Brat. Against my warnings he decided to take it into a rather muddy spot of the ranch we were at, and got a little bit stuck. He had to return later that night to retrieve his poor Brat. NV Zeno
Extra points for Tim on that one, 'cause he dragged Vicky in with him:lol: Seeing all that mud inside the car was very educational for me.

PHATBRAT
Jeeez, There's barely any mud there, I say it's lack of driving skills. (Or you are afraid to beat the sube) Don't worry, it can take it. If you only knew some of the places I've taken my old BRAT....

GeneralDisorder
Well - it has no lift and street tires. I was just having fun - and as you can see, it doesn't LOOK that deep - it's all overgrown - oh well, it was fun - even pulling it out. Brought out the Infinity QX4, and yanked it - what a beast that thing is! GD

Flowmastered87GL
If I had me stuck in the THICK goopy mud at WCSS3 I'd post it... anyone got em?? a Blue hatch had to come to my rescue.... the stuff was only deep enough that it touched the floorboards... but with street tires, stock height and little momentum... I was stuck GOOD

Hodaka Rider
Hey JWX: just go! I go out by myself all the time. Bring a hand winch, a tow strap, and some chain. You never know when you might need to do a self-rescue. Once you have some experience and start telling people the trails you conquered, they'll let you go along with them! TheSubaruJunkie
1st rule when off-roading is NEVER GO ALONE! ive had to learn the hard way more than once. Sure, you can have a winch, shovel, cell phone... but something might happen where you need a 2nd person. -Brian
