howards11
This concerns my 2000 Forester L. Due to a rear tire problem (which will be repaired on Monday) I had to switch the car to FWD. Question: I am using a 20 amp fuse in the FWD socket. Is this OK or does it need a 30 amp ? The owners manual makes no mention of the fuse size. Thanks in advance for your help. ~Howard :-\
sportsterbrat
If a 20 amp does'nt blow it will be ok. I think i have seen somewhere that it takes a
friendly_jacek
I used 15 AMP and it was fine for a couple of hundred of miles till I fixed the tire (FWD light was on all the time).
MPtyza
I know that for a '94 Legacy I test drove, the manual said to put a 15 amp fuse in there. I don't know if it would be any different for a Forester though
howards11
I want to tank everyone for their help. It looks like I'm OK with the 20 amp fuse. ~Howard
