85Sub4WD
I remember seeing that one on Reuters. Some Palestinian leader was driving around and his car got blown up. I think you're right, actually for a car that's been blown - up, I think it's in pretty good shape. It looks as though he picked the right kind of car I wonder if he survived ..... Qman
I love those seats! They are my friends, I might save them, but they seem to be in sad shape, so I am thinking they are junk, but I will make a seat shrine....just kidding. Rick For sure! They may be your guardian angels!

Roundeye
Here is another upside-down XT. It does not look that bad on the ouside, but the interior look like someone set off a hand grenade in it. Dash, trim, seats and carpet were destroyed. Transmission broken, close to 300K on the clock. I stripped it to a shell and sent it to the big parking lot in the sky.

austin
Believe it or not, this thing (scroll down the page a bit) was rescued and almost resurrected... I drove it for a week or so while I was working on my other one. Damned lucky a cop didn't write me a ticket - not for the missing headlight, but for littering! I've since decided to part it out. Sadly, it was my baby. I actually bought it brand new on 8/8/89. My favorite car ever. had less than 100K on it. Oh well, two more in the driveway while I part out this one.
