Phaedras
I'd like to know where I could get the list of manufacturers for a lot of Subaru stuff, like who makes the PCV valves, fuel filters, thermostats etc. Part numbers would also help. I got a PCV from Deutsch from Autozone, but I've heard I need to use OEM parts for most stuff. Thats why I'm curious as to who makes the stuff. Phaedras
I know nobody has been responding to this, but all I really want to know at this point is what brand I should be asking for at Autozone when I want to order a PCV valve and fuel filter. Thanks.
ShawnW
You really arent going to find much of anything thats OEM at Autozone, or any parts chain for that matter. NAPA and Checker/Advance are better bets but not alot better but I would say Autozone is about the worst bet of all of them. KYB makes alot of Subaru Shocks and Struts, NGK and Denso (Nippondenso) make alot of the electrical parts under the hood. If you want OEM parts like seals, disty caps/rotors, etc, NAPA sells a lot of Beck Arnley parts that are rebagged OEM parts.

Phaedras
It's just that I heard it's important to get OEM PCV valves for Subes...maybe I should try a dealer?

Ross
I think going to the dealer will be your best bet, but it may be expensive.
Qman
Dealer for PCV valves, timing belts and thermostats. Most of the other stuff can be had at any parts store. Don't get the cheap stuff though. Ask for the better brands as generic will generally fail prematurely.
