Tiny Clark Posted February 23, 2005 Share Posted February 23, 2005 Are you sure the nut didn't come loose on the shaft. Pop the cover off the bottom of the wiper arm and check it. I believe the wipers only use one motor. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lmdew Posted February 23, 2005 Share Posted February 23, 2005 Look at the shaft for the wiper. Is it moving, if so then the shaft or wiper arm is stripped. The linkage between the two sides could have come apart, but I doubt that. You need to pull both wiper arms and the plastic cover to get at the linkage.
