swervey87gl
Soon I will be lifting my 87gl wagoon. I am going to convert it to 6 lug and grab some toyota, mazda rims ect. I was wondering about tire choice. I would like to go with 27 in tires. But when I look for them it stops at 30 x9.5 then it goes to numbers like 235/75 r 15. I don't know what size is equal to 27 in. Any info will help along with some good advice for tire brands.
northguy
There's a good tire write-up in the archive. Check it out.
Qman
There are many tire choices that measure 27". All you have to do is check with local tire stores. Schwab, discount, tire factory, even walmart have what you need. They can also convert metric sizes so you know what height your looking at. There have also been many posts regarding tires and sizes and trimming and such. The search function works well if you try it.
