Ross Posted March 10, 2005 Share Posted March 10, 2005 There is some difference, cos they flash a code telling you whether the car is a manual or auto. It doesn't seem to matter though, my ea81t has been converted to manual, and so has my friends '87 ea82t (crank angle sensor type). Both work fine.
