HattoriHanzo
Wow, that's kinda wierd, don't know about that, but I did have a pesky miss I tracked down to "carbon tracks" in the distributor cap, and then faulty plug wires, which appeared fine until I opened the hood when it was dark, and saw the lightning show. dragonwingsubaru
yeah i didnt know what to think either i would have firgured better fuel flow would make the idle higher not lower,, but i got 1 of those carbs with no air, fuel setting screw, so maybe it electronically reset the fuel flow or something and brought it down. i had changed the whole fireing system, cap, rotor, plugs and wires, i have a feeling that my miss is because the rear plug hole on the dr side was crossthreaded and i was only able to get the plug in about 90% of the way. need to dig around for my tap and die set and rethread the hole im thinking it will probably get rid of that miss. baccaruda
you probably tweaked a vacuum line when changing the filter.
