Hondasucks Posted September 2, 2003 Share Posted September 2, 2003 Caboobaroo's 79 DL wagon has height adjustments on the front struts, much the same as my 84 GL wagon. As far as having ea81 struts in a 79, I would have to say no. struts from an ea81 are longer, have a bigger spring diameter and the spacing between the studs on the strut tops are different. SUBARU3 Posted September 2, 2003 Share Posted September 2, 2003 All Gen one Brats and and 4WD wagons had adjustable front struts. The 2WD version cars and wagons did not.
