ofairlane
after crawling under my 99 legacy(postal) wagon and seeing two cats each with it's own o2 sensor, i am wondering, do all of the wagons with the 2.2L have this exhaust type? i have seen aftermarket(cheap) cats for this car but only with one cat. i guess what i am trying to figure out, is if i find a low mileage wreck at a junkyard, will i find a matching replacement cat setup instead of the 700-1000 bucks at the dealer. DanO My 96 also has two. But I know (have seen) that later models have the two cats in one piece. About the same setup but with no possibility of disconnecting the two.
