rough idle on my 86 brat

hey guys as of wednesday i've been using the brat as my primary vehicle back and forth to work. Today it was acting up, when i drive on the highway for about 15 mnts and stop the idle is really rought it feels like its misfiring and then goes away after about 5 mnts. any ideas?
