Bgale04
I have a 93 justy that was an ecvt, and i burnt up the transmission, and i know they are to expensive to replace. And i was trying to find a 5 speed out of a junker. I know an all subaru junkyard that sells the complete deal for 400 bucks, and they say its pretty easy to install, but they said that they havent had a 4wd 5spd in stock for a while. So i was just wondering what would be the best thing to do. I had such fun in it when i had it! i just wish it was runing again!!!!
[HTi]Johnson
If you can, wait it out and ask people on the board for a 4wd tranny. They seem like fun little cars. I want one.

Esteban32696
If $400 will buy a complete donor car, that is not bad. Hope you can do the work yourself rather than pay a mechanic. Use the parts you need & keep the rest of the car for parts later. Get one as close to your year as possible, so more parts will fit.
