lastchance
Just wanting a second/third/fourth opinion... It's a 1989 GL Justy, automatic with 132k miles..Body is pretty straight, but the tranny is "going out." The dude only wants $500 for it...But I'm sure I can talk him down. Let me know what you think, Daniel
WoodsWagon
seeing as the justy parts are justy unique, and the auto trannys were an unconventional design, I'd give it a miss unless you had a parts car lined up.
Flowmastered87GL
FWD or 4WD? If its 4WD I say go for it. Its the CVT most likely, so be prepared to convert it to a 5 speed.
lastchance
It was just a GL FWD with EVCT...I may pass, unless the kid lets it go for CHEAP
Flowmastered87GL
I would let it go because I can get one of a similar year (gen 2 justy) FWD, already a 5 speed with a blown engine + a replacement engine for like $300 or something. It will need seals and timing belts and such for the new engine, but still easier than swapping in a 5 speed. If you want to know more about it PM me.
