carfreak85
Well, after my friend installed his WIPAC foglights on his austin mini, the bug bit me. I've had a set of Hella 500 lights taking up space in my garage since last summer, but being away at school, I didn't really have the time or space to install them. When I originally purchased the car, it had a set of Pilot fog lights installed, but one was cracked and that was the only one that worked. Heres what those looked like: I took those off i immediately, but left the harness thinking that I might install some fogs at some point. Well that point has come. The only thing I had to do was install some spade and bullet connecters on the lights themselves to match up to the Pilot wiring harness. This is what my lights look like now: After the lights were installed and tested, I decided to use a factory EA81 fog light switch. That was just as easy as the lights, just add some bullet connecters to the wiring harness. It looks really good lit up next to my center lamp switch! Let me know what you think! carfreak85
Alright, let me explain that before you guys jump all over me. They were in the cubby below my glove box. I moved them up to the steering column on Memorial Day weekend and didn't have time to make it pretty. When the gauge cups arrive, the tape will go, and thats not all that is holding them on, they have metal brackets, but they are only temporary. Caboobaroo
now THOSE are foglights. I like 'em! I have a friend that had the same set on a Datsun 510 wagon. It looked HOT man. Same goes for your wagon:D
samo
Very nice. Nothing makes a Soobie look great quite like a big ol' set of fogs!
Qman
I might suggest that you relocate them to the top of the bumper. Considering you like to drive fast on the logging roads and such. The first dip in the road hit at speed will probably eliminate them quickly.

subynut
Ooooo those look good on there! Aux lights look good under the bumper, it's just not the safest place for them. :-\ I like the digi dash too.
thesubeguy
i had fogs like you had at first (tiny guys) that got ripped off incredibly quick, so if that happened to small guys....... can't imagine what would happen to those giants. looks good by the way i've got the same set on my rx
carfreak85
I'm not too worried about knocking them off. This is a street sube first and foremost, and an offroad toy second. Besides, with the new pugs, there is a lot of clearence. Take a look:
