Langdon
I'm looking at subwoofer options for my '01 Outback, and I am pretty sure that an underseat powered, enclosed sub is what I need right now. (I need as much cargo space as I can get, I don't have the resources to really consider the spare-tire sub, and I don't need a lot of bass) My options are fairly limited, one of my choices being the Subaru factory amp/sub. I'd love to hear opinions of the Subaru sub or any aftermarket underseat sub in conjunction with upgraded, aftermarket speakers. I'll be installing Infinity reference series speakers, and for the sub I have my eye on the Kenwood KSC-SW1. Thanks!
A DOG
You could always get a bazooka tube. It's not a subwoofer, but it makes a good amont of bass, and it doesn't take up barely any space.
sregor13
Consider getting some MB Quart Component for your stock holes. The ones I had went from 18Hz to 23Khz. Covering the full range of human hearing. They are not cheap but they are worth every penny. Thus the Germans do know how to make some great electonics. Zefy
i would get one of these... http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/article/0,,2076_4057_104401920,00.html they would fit great under a seat... then under the other seat get an amp... pretty much any amp will fit under a seat... subeman90
I like my factory sub. I even sold my Bazooka so that it didn't take up cargo space and I like the overall sound of it.
