As most of you probably know, the RX was in bad need of a clutch. I found one in town and Eli put it in. It was hard, dirty work especially in 110 degree weather (I will post some pictures as soon as i get home tonight). Anyway, it is now running great and shifting like butter. It passed emissions with no problems. Now tomorrow it's off to DMV to register. I just wanted to say...

THANK YOU ELI!!

and also, Thank you Jess for letting Eli come over to fix the car. i really appreciate both of your help.

Eli's the man! Ive known that kid for quite some time (how long now E?) and I'm glad to hear he's finally doing some good in this world :)

Which clutch did you go with? I will need to do my clutch here soon... Eli! Want to come do it for me?

4 or 5 years at least?? Maybe 6? I didn't pay any attention to the brand of the clutch.. we have an "import" parts store down here called "BAP" .. they carry pretty good stuff. It's a good clutch. (kit)... Anyway.. you want me to do your clutch.. you're gonna have to pay my gas to get there and back home.. and we'll need two floor jacks.

I got your gas money. Maybe after i get back from the show. And I think its been more than 6 years... my 1st winter vacation in Clatskanie was when I was a sophmore... that was like 8 years ago!

5 years ago you drove up to Seattle with Jason in his T-Bird to see me on my layover.

I was looking at that Exedy clutch kit on ebay, and i think i'll get that. Im also going to re-seal my EA82 while its out. I could do it myself, but it would be cool to have you here to help :P
