diva6
I'm new at this. I have a 1988 XT6 that I abosolutely love (her name is Pearly). I was driving home one night and she died -- ok maybe semi-died!! She just stopped but the lights, radio and everything else worked. What could it be. I got p'd off so I let her sit for over a year. I want her back. Any suggestions for where I might start looking for the problem. Thanks. Diva6
Bill90Loyale
Pearly just had a stroke. I'll guess timing belt.
diva6
I'm not a mechanic but I don't think so only because it will startup and run for maybe 2 minutes and cut back off. Pearly just had a stroke. I'll guess timing belt.
oddcomp
either fuel related <plugged filter tired fuel pump> or weak coil so once the coil heats up it can't make spark
