Buddythedog
I'm not a dummy, but when I purchased (recently) my 03 FOrester XS, no owners manual could be located. I have 30K on it, and was wondering what is the manual's stance on when to change: plugs, AT fluid, etc... This car is new to me, but I've had Outback and Loyale wagons in the past. Thanks... I think you will find what you want here: http://www.subaru.com/owners/schedules/index.jsp?navid=SCHEDULE_2003 Hope this helps. Oh, and the '03 does not have a Haynes manual out yet. I'd say plugs and plug wires every 60k.. depending how hard you drive... and I just became a loony toon about changing the AT fluid.. DO IT EVERY 30K MILES (or more)!!! Seriously.. thermal break-down of your AT Fluid will start to cause SERIOUS A$$ problems in these subaru AT's... Oil every 3-7k depends on the oil you use...
