hondo
I'm going to repace the drive belts on my Loyale this weekend. It's a '92 1.8L with A/C and power steering. I went to pick up replacement belts, and the smaller belt of the two is a toothed belt. I checked and rechecked, but kept coming up with the same toothed belt as the replacement part. Neither of the old belts are toothed belts. Is it okay to put said toothed belt in as the replacement? Am I missing something? Perplexed. http://www.brianchurilla.com
Humble Nuto 53
some of the belts are notched, they say it makes them more flexible.
TROGDOR!
Supposedly helps keep them cool. You can use a solid belt, one notched on the bottom, or one notched on top- all will work as long as they have the V-type cross section.
