Added another to the list of things carried in the wagon

Recommended Posts

... 10' metal drip edge. Just barely fit in the Outback, but fit it did. I was prepared to put it on the roof rack, but was pleased to find it didn't need to go up there.

So, that gets added to the other things on the list that have been successfully carried inside the car:

Lawn mower

Lumber

Lawn chairs

Tables

4' x 4' pieces of plywood

Bikes

and my personal favorite, a grandfather clock. Try *that* in a sedan

Until I read the report of no less than 20 circus clowns (in full costume) climbing out of an Outback (with or without headgasket problems), I will consider these other attempts as mere underachievement.

 I would have LOVED to seen that one!!!!!! When I was in High School I had a 74 civic honda (the first ones to come out) ment to carry 4 people at the most.... We got 12 High School kids all in there!!! And I still drove around town... (poor Honda!!!!) Vicky

Discovered a Lifecycle 6500 professional health club model (read: LARGE and sturdy) exercise bike at a thrift store a few weeks back. The $20 price was too irresistable not to take it home, considering those things cost hundreds used and a couple thousand new. I was quite pleased to have it fit just fine in the wagaon. Yay!
