Bucky92
We got Bucky all back together and running like a champ!! I can't even express my gratitude. Was a long day..Myself and Tom have been up working on the car since 8 am and we finally got it buttoned up around 8:00 tonight. All basically went very well...nothing really got broken,no blood was spilled.Had some wrong part issues (the parts store gave me a Legacy throw-out bearing instead of a Loyale one). Then there was our new found friend..Justy...a young pigeon who desided he would hang out with us all day...literally!!! Followed us around...tried to get in the house..sitting on the car and under the car while we worked. Too tired to write much now...will do more later and post the pictures tomorrow. Once again a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!! to Paulyburger,Matt (subieman90) and Jessie ...sorry I could have been more help but I tried. Dave and Melis showed up shortly after we finished up..(with my car) in her new XT6!!! We fed them and she supplied Candles and had to head out cause Dave has a race tomorrow..plus they were tired from their journey to get the XT6 and all the hard work they put into that today. You all are the greatest friends someone can have...and I owe you ALL big time

moosens
Geez, that camera likes my backside. Did you nail that throttle to try to get the lifters to fill up yet? Let is warm up and then peg it.Those lifters should be very quiet now. Damn those parts retards for not having the right throw out bearing....let us pray together...."oh great throw out bearing, please don't fail Connie's little Bucky". Sorry I couldn't hang all the way through.Didn't catch any fish at all,but I got the time in and we got to the water, all that really needed to be done.Good to see Dave and Melis got there. I fell asleep before the end of my sister inlaw's killer radio show (4th Saturday of the month 6-10PM on 89.5 FM WPKN.org(internet*) and now on 88.7 in the Hamptons as WPKM)."Captol Radio"!! subeman90
It was a great time as always in Danbury. The trip home was pretty good....saw a few deer off to the side of the road (a little scary at 72mph) but all was for the most part well. I got some severe knee pain on the way home and stopped in N NJ to walk around the car for a few min along I-287...trying to walk it off. Didn't work. I made it to just inside PA and i had to give it up and let Michelle finish off the driving task. Don't know what I did but it was killing me badly on the trip home. I really wish the GL had cruise b/c I could have really used it last night... Feeling better today and should be fine tomorrow. We ended up getting home last night at about 2:14 AM. We were in bed by 2:30 and I slept (thanks to tylenol PM for cutting the knee pain) till noon. It is tough somedays being a traveling mechanic... Had a great time and hope we can do it again in the spring.... (hint hint):-p Great to see eveyone again. Hope bucky likes his new parts.

LeakingOil
Sorry we got there late, but you know how it goes. Bucky sounds wonderful and seeing your face all lit up was worth the trip. What took us so darn long was the little thingy on the front of the tranny wouldn't setup so now I have to hold the key and pull the shifter towards reverse to start the car (ghey!), it won't let the TCU recognize which gear it was in so it was driven in 3rd gear all the way to PA and after 1/2 hour from Vermont the air ride decided to not work. Poor dave, he had a rough ride...she came off the ground a few times (very scary). All in all she's home now I have to strip Shelbs and put it in the new one. So glad your back in action and that PIC of Matt and his "stick"...too funny. Well, I'll be talking to you this week and as soon as I get the XT6 up to par I'll head up to throw the bull. I'll post some PICs as soon as I can. Smiles, Melis *confirmation: It is the switch indicator.

Come on dude which was the favorite...... it wasn't Paul's rear was it?
Bucky92
Can we all say...Thong!!! LOL..Hey even I have to admit...it was a decent shot ..and since I have no self esteem I guess thats good. Melis..Shelby will live again...she will donate many needed parts to your new girl. I know you can get her done. And your new XT6 is a pretty one for sure. OMG!! I Love my Loyale even more now!!! Bucky has never run so good...or smooth. I had to keep checking today going to work to make sure it was the right Loyale. He shifts beautiful..no more shutter or squealing, I turned the defrost on and no obnoxious squealing, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!!! He purrs now,And he didnt mark his territory. I am soooo thankful to you guys!!
