stavan
I bought a 1990 Subaru LS wagon standard, which is a wonderful car. In order to protect it I came out with an idea of adding a hidden immobilizer switch, which is to cut off the feeding circuit to electronic ignition module. Is it feasible? Any thoughts or suggestions? thanks
forester2002s
I have a hidden immobilizer switch, wired in series with the clutch-pedal switch. When activated, the switch will not allow the starter to work. Everything else looks normal on the display.
quantum500
I always thought it would be cool to rig up something with the hill holder mechanism so that it was like the ulitmate security system. If the bad guy didn't know the secret switch the first time he hit the brakes he was done. Hahaha! Now that would be funny!
TGS
I DIY installed a hidden toggle switch to cut off electricity to the fuel pump, in my 1997 Legacy wagon LS.

You are saying that the clutch switch is normally ON and when you push the pedal switch gets OFF so you can start the engine. Is that how it works? Thanks a lot. That is great… Stan
