lastchance Posted November 10, 2005 Share Posted November 10, 2005 This is a good question...I searched around the NABISCO board and found some (maybe all) gen 2 legacys don't have them either, neither do some (maybe all) phase I ej205s. Subarian Posted November 10, 2005 Share Posted November 10, 2005 If a manufacturer can certify to the EPA that they'll be able to pass NOx emissions for 100,000 miles, they don't have to have the EGR.
