subie94 Posted November 20, 2005 Share Posted November 20, 2005 VERY interesting idea. no way in hell would it work. if the structural integrity of the walls of pipe actually held up and didn't crack or explode, the joints would separate no matter what you'd do to it. maybe austin should of used something stronger then,like steel (but then weight comes into effect) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ratty2Austin Posted November 21, 2005 Author Share Posted November 21, 2005 well, its was 8º outside the other day, and the pipe and lights are still attached! and.. i hit a few branches with the rack, (while offroading at flatfender farms) and its still here! so the pipe idea was.. ok... its not the best, but it seems to hold up so far...
