Moderate clearance lift: Lift is built using standard front lift that lowers the whole front sub assembly and keeps stock axle geometry in the front. LIFT WILL KEEP YOUR TIRES CLOSER TO THE CENTER OF YOUR WHEEL WELLS IT IS NOT LIKE OUR HIGH CLEARANCE LIFT. This lift adds some strain to the rear axles but has proven dependable on the rear axles for over 10 thousand miles, unlike competitors lifts this lift will keep your rear end tucked up tightly so that you have more clearance and protection under your rear sub assembly. EJ series lift: This is the newest addition to the allied Armament family. We have fitted it to Outback Wagons and Legacy sedans. It comes as 2.5” lift for the outback and 4” lift for the Legacy. It is based on lowering front and rear struts via strut extensions and lowering blocks for front and rear sub assemblies. We are unsure if this lift will fit on the Imprezza model and newer model outbacks (2000 and newer). If people are interested they can bring there vehicle to our shop and have one fitted to these two types of vehicles and they can join in on the group buy. (We are located in Scappoose OR.) do the AA EJ lift kits modify the front struts at all?

how about the EA82 lift kits, any front strut/suspension work?

the XT6 can interchange rear struts with EA82 model soobs, so those attachments should work fine for the XT6. EA82 front struts do not swap with the XT6 though.

this might be helpful to a few EA82 owners since some do the 5 lug suspension swap from the XT6.

and - EJ series front struts will also swap with the XT6 so any EJ series strut mods should be compatible...depending what they are.

that's why i ask.

we make strut extensions for both the EA 82 and EJ, also rear strut extensions are made for the ej, The ea's gets a rear strut extension but it is different than the EJ's. From the sounds of it with a little mixing and matching we can make a lift for the Xt6.

I need to get those pictures up pronto.

thanks shady,

so the EJ lifts include a front strut extension to the top or bottom? can you post a picture of how this extension attaches to see if it'll fit the XT6 strut and i'll verify if the EJ struts bolt up or require swapping strut tophats.

looks like EJ front strut extensions and EA rear strut extensions will work. (i know nothing about lifts). any diff hardware for the EA series should work. what else is there...transmission or engine hardware too?

yep, blocks between the engine crossmember and body, and more between the radius rod bracket/tranny crossmember and body

shady, you know I'll be getting front bumper from you....just depends on the style

maybe a swing gate too...if you're still doing those.

Any idea how much on those tube bumpers for my 87 hatch yet? I want to make sure I'll have enough cash and I dont get paid again til after the due date for payment. My Hatch doesn't have a rear bumper on it at all and the local cops are keeping an eye on me, so I def need one.
