As far as weight I'm not sure...It's around the same weight as my factory bumper assembly('03 outback). 60-80lbs roughly . When I get my old one back I'll weigh it. The only problem is that after 11 months of waiting for them, I got tired of waiting and now want my money back. And I haven't received a dime of that yet, either.
