So much for Southern hospitality, but then what should I expect from a transplant.

If I'm a transplant, it's only from Arlington to Ft.Worth and back again - maybe yah got me confused with some other inhospitable southerner?

Bumping to let folks know there could be as many as 34 soobs there now - more everyday! come on out! (need some old school love though, got a Brat or a Justy?)

fyi

It was great to meet you and see the wagon! Glad you brought it out.

Great to meet you too. I knew it was you when I first saw the 'our world is flat' shirt. I think I have now met all the Nrth texas USMB people except one. Have met a fair share of NASIOC people as well.

For those that couldn't join us, it was pretty fun. THe wagon got a few minutes in the spotlight and people were really diggin on it. Carl was kind enough to prearrange a prize for the oldest/highest mileage subaru

That prompted the MC to call me up in front of the 50+ people in the shop and give a little speil about the joys of old school goodness.

A good time had by all, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a couple new members from NASIOC over here soon. A few people even asked me if I had ever seen one of those funky lifted brats and wagons :D
