It's been a couple years since I've talked with them but here's the website for the cable company which is based out of Bellingham Wa.

Looks like their website has grown more impressive over the years. As a disclaimer, I have never dealt with them directly, only talked with some of the guys who were running the synth cable on their rigs and they really liked it. Maybe you could shop around and find better deals. I don't really know.
