offroadbryan
ok i have an 83 wagon, but i really just want to tow it to where ill be offroading. can i use a tow dolly? I mean as along as the car is in 2wd what can it hurt to pull the rear wheels along? besides my 2000 outback is much nicer to ride in so guys do i need to get a flat bed or a towdolly? 85Sub4WD
if it is 2wd, shure no problem at all if it is 4WD manual, make sure it is in 2WD mode, and shure, no problem if it is an automatic 4WD - be careful - I don't think you can tow it, even in 2WD mode
NoahDL88
if it is an automatic 4WD - be careful - I don't think you can tow it, even in 2WD mode I'm gonna venture to guess that you arn't off roading an Auto, but incase you are, you can pull the rear half of the drive shaft, 8 12mm bolts, and you'll be good to go.
