EA82Loyale
Hey guys, Friend and me just got a new Subaru.... Its an 85 Subaru Loyale....Fully loaded! only 116,000 miles All digital gauges, sun roof, etc. Perfect condition inside and out Adjustable suspension all around And all the electronics work...even the windows what we payed?? $250 bucks...Why?? Some guy thought that when he broke the timing belts this meant the valves were bent...i agreed becuase of its age....but when i looked at the block and saw EA82 (EA82 is non-interference)...i payed him the money on the spot. The guy tiried to change the belts with no manual, and didn't have any experience with subarus...my friend and me found tons of stuff unhooked, or put in the wrong place....also the timing is off..he did something wrong for sure...i could hear it when i tried to turn it over..lol...some people... Other than timing, we need to put on a new gasket for the turbo...so besides those issues shes pretty clean...we will get some pictures up for you, and keep you posted on the project... -Bill
Syonyk
Congrats! Always good when people don't realize what they have, and it gets sold for next to nothing to someone who knows what it is and will take care of it. -=Russ=-
