sc850r
Help! I have looked at several OEM add-on CD players that are suppose to tie in with my current radio/cassette player, but they are from different years (older and newer) than my car. Does anyone know which years will fit? Thanks!
Handtool
I replaced the stock stereo and pocket in my '95 legacy with a 6-disc cassette combo stereo from an '02 forester. Complete plug and play.
sc850r
Looks great! Does it still have a clock function?
Handtool
Unfortunatly no. I'm still looking for a clean, permanant way to install a backlit 12vdc clock...
jamal
basically any 93+ stereo has the same wiring harness. Exceptions are the SVX and 93-94 Legacy. I'm thinking of putting a WRX changer into my Legacy although I'll have to make a harness. I'd assume your deck has the plug for a CD player. DeSubiefan
I have a similar situation, my 95 Legacy wagon has a factory changer and I would like to replace the whole thing or just the changer with one that will play MP3s - I looked in Crutchfields catalog and most of the add-in changers broadcast to the radio rather than being hard-wired - I always found the sound sucks on these types of arrangements - any suggestions?
