Tin Soldier
I have a lift that I got from someone here. No instructions. Any one have instructions? I have done it before and think I can do it from memory/feel
NoahDL88
Basically, swap each short bolt with each long bolt, once the sub frame has lowered you can start putting in the spacers. i started with the rear and worked forward, but i guess working from the front to rear would work too. Tin Soldier
HEY!! I never got stickers either. I don't know whose lift it is. It's made from aluminum blocks, but looks identical to the BYB (better? ) lift that I had on my DL. I bought it used on here, and that fella took it off a car he bought with it on. So he didn't know either.
P K
{Thanks Zap} Tin S - It's one of ours. We did a couple batches of aluminum kits but they were pricey, so we went back to steel. Now that steel prices have gone ballistic, we are doing more in aluminum too. No advantage to either really. Not much weight savings and both are over-built and guaranteed. Hope you downloaded the instructions, if not I will email. I will get stickers out to all - no worries. thanks, r/ PK.
Tin Soldier
Suberdave,I would request that you take this down please and email the pdf, as I was going to do. Thank you. v/r PK. Sweet! Tin Soldier
Well I Started to install the lift tonite. I got the strut tower things installed (had to steal the nuts off a parts car). I got the radius rods and found the bolts that looked right, but they look to long by about an inch. So I tried to thread one up in, but it didn't fit. I only found one bolt in my box of lift parts that fit right. I still did not get those instructions. Can someone email them to me? Also, does the instructions tell which bolts to use? I might have to go buy some different ones. Or can I buy a bolt kit? :-P
