7point62fmj
ok.. my brat does not really have toooo much rust around the fender wail but rather then repairing and rebuilding the wails I am thinking about sniping back the wails a bit and puting in fender flares. So my quesiton is has any one got pictures of there fender flares. I am thinking I am going to be using a j c whitney for the parts.

Jibs
www.subarubrat.com he's got some nice flares I bought a set of those for my Brat. I am not gonna use them because they don't match up enough for me. The gas tank cut out is on the wrong side for my brat (82). If you want ones that fit Gen 2 cars, go with a samurai flare set. 7point62fmj
Well my brat is a 87 soo that would be the 2nd gen?... as a side note what year was the last 1st gen made?? oh where can I find the samuri flare kit?
torxxx
87, thats gen 3 I believe ebay for the flares
Jibs
An 87 would be a 2nd gen. Gen 1 brats were made from 78-81, gen 2's from 82-87. I'll see if I can find a site for ya, but ebay is definitely the way to go. You'll prolly want the 1 1/2"- 2' wide ones.

Ryanb
I don't know if you're trying to cover legality, or if you just want looks.. in fact these may not at all be what you are into.. I used 88 Jetta GL trims. I payed $15 for a set of 4 from the JY. Takes a little modification, but they go on.
7point62fmj
That is pretty close. The main reason is that rather then rebuild the wheel wail I rather just cover them whith fender flares.
