monstaru Posted March 24, 2006 Share Posted March 24, 2006 the kit you should get would be designated by the numbers on the rear of the carb.they are usually extremely hard to read.i would suggest taking the carb off and finding them.if the numbers are unlegable then you have to see what type of vacuum secondary on it.the larger secondary is obvious,it is located on the bottom end of the carb.this is common on the older ea-81's.the double vacuum secondary is much smaller and placed on the top end of the carb .by that alone you can decide which kit to get.regardless of what kit you do get a basic rebuild can be accomplished.it is nice to get the right one though.
