Loyale 2.7 Turbo
First of All... if it is an EA82... Check the Seal of the Main Pulley of the Timin´ Belts... And do it NOW! Because oil in the Timin´ Belts, drive ´em to Break...
barrow72000
there is no excess of oil just a little black that comes off on my finger so i dont think its near the main pulley on the timing belt so any other clues
scrap487
is it possible for pictures? the best way to figure out where its coming from is to clean the engine as best you can(spotless if possible ). some DIY carwashes have pressure washers you can use that spray a water and a degreaser. I use foamy engine brite in the aerosol cans most of the time but the easiest way is take it to a car wash, if you do that make SURE you cover up the air intake, and cover/seal the distributor(unless you wanna wait for it to dry out )

GeneralDisorder
Front main seal - you'll have to pull the timing belts and covers to inpsect it. On the bright side it's a cheap part. $10 or so. GD
dxrflyboy
Try the easy things first. IIRC, the oil pressure switch is right on top or in front of the filter mounting. They can p!$$ like a racehorse sometimes.
