keltik
Well ive done some extensive reading and im still puzzled. Im bidding on a "1986 Subaru Leone", its listed as having a 1600 engine with FWD manual transmission. Im just wondering if this is right as i was expecting it to have an EA81 at least. What was this car known as in the US so i can relate to other posts better? Current bid is $105 NZD ($65 US) and theres just over 24 hours left in the auction. And yes this car is on the road and only needs minor repair work (new rear shocks). Its gonna be a TENSE 24 hours. I WANT this car. KELTIK

keltik
Cheers mate, the bid is up to $150 with 24 hours to go. I'm going mad. What are the chances of this thing having a digi dash? or were they exclusive to the top trim models? KELTIK

I'm sure an ea71 wagon will be just as pimplicious:)

Last Soob I bid on on eBay I put in an early (and maximum) bid so I didn't have to worry about whether or not I could snipe the car for less than I wanted to pay. Turns out with 3 hours left I got outbid. And in the last 3 hours, the top bid changed through 6 different peoples' hands. So yeah, snipers suck. A little off topic - I never bid on anything until the last closing seconds. Keeps the price down - and also eliminates anyone outbidding you in the final seconds. keltik
Yup im on the case - the seller is worrying me now. She has another listing for a 90cc go-kart and has a $800 reserve on it. So i dread to think what the reserve is on this thing. But if i don't get it theres always the vortex option. Either way ill be glued to my keyboard in the last 10 mins of that auction.
