the sucker king
i see you're online. you had said something about a model of hatch (ea81 body) called i think a SRX that came w/ dual carbs. where did you get that from?
PoorManzImpreza
from the car... white hatch with racing stripes had srx on the side under the hood EA71 w dual carbs 2wd w 5 speed fast as hell spank almost any auto 2wd EA81 GLF from back in the day.. also there's a referance to it in an owners manual for an 83 or 84 GLF that I got from a parts car.. I'll dig it up and see if it has more info.. I've also held the dual carb manifold in my hands w 2 hitachi carbs on it dreaming about hoe much work it'd take 2 put on my EA71 w two EA82 carbs... the sucker king
thanks for the info- if you can ever get a picture, hey, cool.....what is the "l series" mentionened in your sig?
PoorManzImpreza
'L-series' is the designation used by subaru for a 85-93 'ea82' style subaru..but calling it an ea82 sub isn't right since it could be had w ea63, ea71 and ea82 power under the hood so I refer to it as subaru defines it so my car is a: 1989 Subaru L-Series DL wagon (or 'estate' for any euro guys on here) 1600 2WD 5 speed
