Thanks

When replacing a stud on the front wheel of my 95 Legacy I had to grind a small flat on the new stud to get just enough clearance to snake it in. That was a 3 minute task, the rest of the job being 15 minutes if you count removing/replacing the tire.

sweet, thanks guys, I wanted to know if i can just drive the car in, or if i had to take the whole shebang out. Is it hard to do yourself?? how is the stud secured? Pressure? Threads??

Cory

it's pulled through with the threads that the lugnut uses, and then there's a ribbed part that a little bigger than it's mounting hole so it squeezes in and fits tightly.

so, pressure.

Does it just squeeze in when you torque the wheel lugs or do you press it in or bang it in from the inside?
